Questions
Do you need to visit the property?
No. We work with your existing listing photos, fully remote.
How many photos should we send?
All you have: every room, the exterior and the view. A listing upgrade covers up to 25 photos, and the property video is made from the upgraded photos.
Will the listing still be accurate?
Yes. We improve light, colour and perspective and remove clutter, but never hide damage or change the space itself.
Can we use virtually staged photos?
Yes. Many platforms ask you to mark staged images, so every staged room comes together with the empty original.
Do you work with agencies and rental companies?
Yes. Monthly property packages cover 2, 4 or 8 properties a month at a lower price per property.
